Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for tours, lessons, shuttle, and rental services:

A 40% deposit is required to reserve any of our services (tours, lessons, shuttle, and rentals).  Full payment is due 24 hours prior to start of service.  Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the reservation will be fully refunded.  If any services are cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the 40% deposit is forfeit.  Cancellations or no-shows occurring within  24 hours of the start of the reservation will be charged the full payment.  If a customer ends their service early (i.e., brings rental equipment back before due date), there is no refund or credit. Long weekend/ Holiday bookings are non-refundable.

All services require the user to sign a rental agreement and waiver.

Return policy for retail store purchases:

All discounted items are final sale.  Any regularly priced merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with valid receipt and in new, unused condition, with tags/packaging, for a full refund, exchange, or store credit (excluded: climbing equipment, bear spray, flares, fuel, watercraft, skis).  Any used merchandise that is thought to be defective will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty– and thus it will be the decision of the manufacturer, not Alpha Adventures, on whether the item falls under warranty or not, and how the warranty will be carried out (repaired, replaced, or refunded).
